Spotify Mini Player button not appearing/working

I got a prompt today to try out the mini player that was recently added yet there is no button to enable this feature and after searching around it should be between the volume bar and fullscreen button yet it doesnt appear. I have freshly reinstalled multiple times following the complete reinstall guide and have reinstalled both with the Windows Store and Desktop version yet the button still doesn't appear.

Please help me resolve this issue as I was advertised the feature and it is one that I would love to use.

Why did i get a popup on my desktop showcasing how it is available on desktop then?
Also when searching around it does appear to be available on windows desktop as shown in the below article

Hey @Sir_Bart! I think @vall88 meant something else and was referring to the Spotify Mini plan, which is indeed only available on mobile in specific markets.

As for the Desktop MiniPlayer, the feature is still being rolled out, so stay tuned and make sure to keep the app updated. 

The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with in the meantime.

Hey all, I noticed I don't have the miniplayer on Spotify. I downloaded the most recent version (1.2.30.599.g606b7f29) from the official website. Does anyone know how I could enable this feature?

I have the same issue here. The miniplayer button is not appearing between the volume slider and fullscreen. It is fully updated, and it has been MONTHS since the feature was announced. Help is appreciated, thx.

Thanks for the replies. 

We understand where you're coming from. However, as @Yordan previously mentioned, the Miniplayer is still being rolled out. This means it's not available to all users yet and we can't commit to a specific timeline for you to be able to see this feature. 

At the moment, we can only suggest keeping your app updated and an eye on the Newsroom, as any updates about this will most likely be shared there. 

If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.

I press the picture-in-picture button, it does what it's supposed to and then I make it smaller. When Its small enough it says that it's a premium feature despite me having premium.

I would love to show you screenshots but when I load up this page to submit a problem in firefox it constantly reloads so I canct do that.

My Spotify App doesn't have the logo for the mini-player which is supposed to be just to the right of the volume bar in the lower right of the application.  It DOES show up in the Webpage player, but I'd rather a separate app if possible.    I have tried re-installs (both from Microsoft Store and directly from Spotify.

I know the mini player was still rolling out halfway through 2024 so I waited but it's been so long and I still don't have it, I have spotify updated so I'm not sure why.
