Spotify: Stop answering questions with 3rd party solutions (or not answering at all)

My Question or Issue

 Spotify support's standard answer for too many user questions/suggestions is to use a 3rd party app - all of which want your current users to agree to share all their information - that Spotify already has.  For example, personal user stats should be available through Spotify, not some other entity.
The only other option appears to be that we all be programmers and write our own code using your developer app... Really?

Someone will develop a better, friendlier user interface eventually, and users will jump-ship.  Even it means recreating song lists, playlists, etc. where it is, um, easier, but comes with better support and integration.
