My Question or Issue

 There are some songs that I can't play and the message above appears, the songs are from different artists and different albums (kanashii ureshii from Frederic or departure! From masatoshi on for example) I have tried restarting the computer, opening and closing Spotify, log in and log out, deleted my local cache data but it hasn't worked. I also Dont have the files on my computer
