Spotify on Windows 10 - Music banner in left corner (currently playing song)

My Question or Issue

Hello, last 2 days in my windows 10 desktop app spotify will to display a banner with a currently playing song. How i can disable it ? I check settings it is here disabled.

Go to the display options and disable "show desktop overlay when using media keys" option.

This setting is apparently broken because, I disabled this but it keep on showing.
Everytime I quit Spotify, I have to enable then disable it so it is effective.
That is very annoying.
