Spotify won't log into my account

Built a new pc downloaded spotify on both microsoft store and from the website to try and fix this problem. I try to sign in and I can online, but when I press continue to app it says something went wrong wth

Thanks for reaching out. Does the login work in the account page in a browser on the same PC? If not, then perhaps the issue is from the network, so consider looking into that. If you use a VPN, disable it as that can cause all kinds of conflicts with the communication to the server.
