About a couple days ago my spotify decided it wasn't going to open. I click on the application, it bounces up and down but doesn't open. when I right click it, it comes up with 'application not responding'. I've just tried removing it and reinstalling it. the box with spotify in it appears and the spotify icon comes up again but still doesn't open. How can i fix this?

It worked for me to!
Thanks alot!
Spotify is crashing every time my computer goes to sleep (Windows 7). Ending the task in Task Manager doesn't resolve the issue. Deleting Spotify from the Roaming folder entirely, redownloading it and re-installing it does work. However, that is an enormous PITA to go through every single time my computer goes to sleep.
Is there a permanent fix? I'm really tired of monkeying around trying to get Spotify to run properly. The bottom line is, it should just work.
That's quite unfortunate if Task Manager doesn't work.
Same problem in windows 10 .
I have re-install and the problem continue, i noticed that this only hapen when the computer came from sleep and it lost the internet conection.
THANK YOU
Thank you. No need for reinstall XD
I've recently been having this problem as well. I use a Windows 10 operating system. Please help.
1.Do ctrl,alt,and delete
2.Task manager
3. Scroll down from process until you find spotify
4.End task and retry
That worked perfectly!!
Thank you!!
No problem 😉
I just recently had this problem for the second time on my HP Windows 10 laptop. Any ideas?
Hello
To be honest, I'm not familiar with a window's phone. I think Spotify isn't supported on a window's phone. Have a good evening.
