Web Remote Control to stream on my mobile at work (NO WIFI available)

 Hi,

Spotify web player is blocked at work, and can't install anything. I normally stream on my mobile. Control spotify on a small mobile screen is dificult at wok (IT company).

It would be great if I can remote control all spotify functions from a web page, so it play music on my mobile app.

I need a web remote controller, the same as the player, but with the big difference that it wont stream, instead it allows control a mobile or whatever device you want.
