local files are not linked, they are greyed out (ID3 Tags are correct)

My Question or Issue

I want to import my local library and create a playlist of them

but spotify won't match the files with the spotify database, they remain grey

I used Mp3Tag v2.91 to update the metadata with freedb but it didn't help

others seem to have had this issue in the past, but none of the suggested solutions would work

I removed all local files reinstalled spotify and tried one album, but still no luck

I've also tried to change the album title in the ID3 tags as it differs in spotify, didn't help
