Ads on Premium - Why?

Why are there ads playing on my premium account? I paid less than a month ago.

You are correct. If you have a premium account, you should not be seeing or hearing any ads, except for those that may be present on podcasts or third-party content.

If you are experiencing ads despite having a premium account, there may be an issue with your account or with the device you are using. I recommend trying the following steps:

1. Make sure you are logged into the correct account. Sometimes users may have more than one account and accidentally log into the wrong one.

2. Check to see if your payment method has expired or failed. If there is an issue with your payment, your account may be downgraded to a free account, which will have ads.
