Canvas - What's working out there?

Hi All,

We have used the Canvas feature to add a "retro cassette" vibe to our new album, like on this song...

... but we're interested to hear about what others are doing. We see a few different approaches from artists both big and small....

- Just ignore Canvas entirely.

- Big version of the album artwork, no animation

- An animated version of the album artwork

- What we just did - cassettes, spinning records, whirring reel-to-reel machines...

- Fragment of a full-scale video clip / live performance (or maybe just create the illusion that the full-scale clip exists!)

- Some other animation

What's working for all of you guys?

Also... when Canvas came out, Spotify seemed to suggest it would be possible to have the option to only play the animation one time without looping, which we thought was cool. But then that option never materialized. What do you all think about that?

Anyway, just wondering what you're all doing / planning / thinking about Canvas out there!
