I have been trying for 3 days to remove Premium before it charges my credit card, without success. however now that its charged my card it cancelled fine. This is bs. What a scam.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to refund you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Cool, I dont know what was happening but it's resolved now
