What i want to suggest here it's pretty simple:

I found myself using and spend a lot of time with Spotify app on my desktop pc, in my case it's Mac mini but vailed for regular Windows pc.

sometimes it's nice to follow up on new releases before Friday and listen to them.

What i want to see here?

same button that already appears on the mobile app. (bell button)

Pleeeaaasseee this is a daily frustration when I’m at my computer. The home page is too messy to figure out, I use the What’s New section on my phone every day. And it’s nuts to have to use my phone then search what I can easily see on my phone manually on the desktop app.

And while we’re adding that to desktop, wouldn’t be mad to see that in the Spotify CarPlay interface..

Still nothing? Come on, it's not that difficult to implement this. I want to see what's new without having to grab my phone every time.

Even sadder that Spotify desktop used to have this feature years ago. I'm not using the phone app to browse music, just to put it on in the car. Always using the PC app and since the feature got deleted I missed way too many releases from my favourite artists... hope this somehow finally makes his way back into the Windows App.

I primarily use Spotify on desktop. I'm super keen to get the 'What's new' on the desktop app. I don't want to have to wait till Friday for Release Radar to update, which doesn't even include ALL new releases from my followed artists 😕

Really need this feature for the all the platforms although it is only available for mobile versions. More votes need for this feature post.

Can we have this feature please?  It's already implemented on Android so it's relatively easy to port that functionality to Desktop...

Yes, please. Why do I have to check my mobile devices for any new releases? Makes no sense.

Weird how this isn't a feature on desktop, because with the removal of the 'New Episodes' podcast tab, it's basically impossible to find the new episodes without manually checking every show you follow...
