[Mobile] Get rid of 'Create' button on mobile navigation bar

I recently got the last update, and found that a fourth button was added to the bottom navbar. What's the point of this? It's in the way of entering 'Your Library' section, as this was the default spot for that button.

Besides that, does it really need to have a shortcut? How often do people create new playlists or blends? There's already a button for that in 'Your Library', so...

I think removing this button will improve UI.

the new settings to turn off + button on nav bar appears at [my profile icon click -> settings -> contents and display -> + button toggle on the bottom of the list]. I successfully removed via that menu.

Since the last update the "Plus"-Button on the right at iOS and this is very annoying and cumbersome.

I always click 10 times a day on this to simply open my playlists and podcasts.

Another way would be to hide the button or to move it yourself.

I tell you as a UX designer and a regular user - remove the new fourth button from the bottom for creating a playlist. It is not needed there at all and only gets in the way.

Please please PLEASE remove this create button. 

What a horrid choice! 

Three buttons is literally perfect for the bottom of the screen as it makes accessing the different menus simple. Want your songs - bottom right. Want to search - the middle. Want the home - left. But now I have to aim to hit my library button WHICH ALREADY HAS A CREATE BUTTON IN THE TOP LEFT.

Like come on, who's making THAT many playlists that it needs it's own spot down the bottom. 

Please Spotify. Just go back.

the location change of the (your library) icon changed places with a new (+)/(create) ive been using spotify for many years and iam so used to click to the right and ive been misclicking after the last update its so irritating i find it so pointless that they changed it like that i would love for them it change it back..

Hilarious that I complained on the app store reviews about the most recent update adding this stupid button and Spotify recommended me to have my say here, and this post was made 6 MONTHS ago!!  
You’d think after 6 months of people complaining about the create button Spotify would realise no one wants it

I’m someone who rarely goes out of their way to complain, so for me to actively seek out both a chat agent and forums/the community is saying a lot. That being said the reason why I came was to complain in every possible way about the new update where, on mobile devices, the library button (which has always been in the bottom right corner) was suddenly moved over and replaced by a stupid create button where the app clearly has one already in the top :/. I’m not pleased when out of MUSCLE MEMORY, (yea i’ve used spotify for years for it to be that engraved in my brain), I reach to click the far right bottom to access my library and it instead pops up with how I can create new playlists (also kindly get rid of everything AI or you’ll become the next duolingo (hated with passion). The lack of consideration of your millions of users and their money that funds the developers salary to create/agree to whatever this is very greedy (it’s not a pretty look Spotify). I’m literally not kidding this better be changed back or I’m filing a complaint with my bank to refund my premium fee and canceling because this is not what I pay for to listen to music seamlessly. So kindly listen to the audience and gives us back an enjoyable app because you’ve already tested my patience’s with a terrible Wrapped last year.

Hateful change meant to exploit your muscle memory to push AI trash without seeming to force it. Like every other AI change in memory, it is for the worse. If you are going to put this garbage into your product at least let us opt out. Failing that, at least let us move it to somewhere it won't actively interfere.

Anti-consumer trend-chasing garbage. Fix this, or lest us do so.

The only reason I have ever pressed it is miss press from muscle memory. Get rid of it.
