Ability to add all popular songs to playlist

I'd like the ability to add several  of an artist's popular songs to playlist in fewer steps. Today, I have to manually add each song to the playlist, which can take 60 seconds (too long).

Use case: when I discover a new artist I'd like to listen to but don't have the time now, I add the artist's most popular tracks to a playlist for later listening.

Detail: I don't have a preference how the feature works but here's an idea for your consideration: long pressing a single song enabled multi select. I select several songs and a context menu enabled me to add the songs to a playlist in a single action.

I like the idea of being able to select multiple songs at a time.

As for adding an artists popular songs to a play list, I imagine that is possible using the Spotify API (not exactly what you were looking for) and I'm sure there are some smart people out there that could create a tool that would make that possible!
