Add a “Mix to Next” Button for Real-Time DJ Transitions Between Tracks

I’d love to see a feature where I can instantly trigger a smooth, DJ-style transition from the current song to another one — on the fly. Not just pre-setting transitions in a playlist, but while listening to music normally.

Imagine I’m listening to a track and suddenly think of the perfect next song. I want to:

• Tap a “Mix to Next” button

• Choose (or queue) the next song

• And have Spotify immediately fade or beat-match into it, like a live DJ would do

This would make music listening far more interactive and creative — great for parties, workouts, or just vibing.

Spotify's current crossfade and new Mix features are great, but they’re not real-time. This feature would bridge the gap between static playlists and live DJing — giving Premium users a truly fluid listening experience.
