Allow the fwd/rwd hard buttons for podcasts in Android automotive

On Android Auto, you can use the hard button on the podcast to skip forward or back 15 seconds on a podcast in other vehicles.In Android Automotive, this is not the behavior, and I used it all the time, especially when you want to skip back to listen again, sometime you miss hearing something, and it's nice to have. The same goes for skipping forward, as you want to skip forward through a podcast if you're relistening to an episode.It's really a safety feature that you get this to work. I see this in our GM vehicle (Sierra EV) and it's hard to hit buttons on a touchscreen when driving, so having the hard button have this functionality is critical.If you want it to skip to the next episode, you could have the user hold the hard button.
