Blend playlist: make it easier to tell if the song is linked by song or just the artist

I noticed that sometimes I get excited when I see a friend knows a song that I know, but they have just listened to the artist—not the song. It could be cool if the little circular icons next the song had a differently colored border or maybe a  small 🎵 or 👤 on the icons to differentiate without having to expand the details for every song.
