Give a way to listen to ALL songs uploaded to the public library.

I love music and I find myself always wanting to explore more genres and artists. But because of my music choices the algorithm really only recommends me certain genres or I have to manually search for other genres. So it would be great if I could just play and ALL the songs that have been uploaded to Spotify. Almost like a Full public catalog of songs.  I feel like this would be a very interesting feature and a great way for people to find smaller artists. Thank you so much
