: Interactive Reactions for Friend Activity Feature

I am a long-time and frequent user of Spotify, and I truly appreciate the continuous improvements and features you bring to the platform. I am writing to you today to share a feature suggestion that I believe would significantly enhance the user experience and social engagement on the app.

Currently, the "Friend Activity" sidebar is a fantastic way to see what our friends are listening to in real-time. However, it is currently a passive experience. I would like to suggest adding an interactive element to this feature, such as the ability to send quick emoji reactions (e.g., a heart, fire, or thumbs-up) or short text comments directly to a friend based on what they are playing.

Introducing a reaction system would make the platform much more dynamic, foster deeper musical connections between friends, and increase daily user engagement within the app.
