Less reliance on stable internet

Hi there. i would like to share a frustration of which Spotify is not a sole offender, but the software industry as a whole. i’m amidst troubleshooting an issue with downloading an offline playlist to my apple watch, and im noticing the issue may be connectivity. the point of frustration is that your platform is too reliant on strong network connectivity - this is not often possible for users in remote locations. All your developers work in cities and have fast and reliable internet, so they never experience these frustrations. i understand that some things DO require internet, ie account management etc. however this issue is regarding a playlist that is already downloaded to my phone, so the software could be written in a way that shares the data from device to device, circumventing the need for a stable internet connection. i hope my frustrations and suggestion is heard by the appropriate people who can make the necessary changes.
