Limiting what devices appear in the "Connect to another device" section

I like to listen to music a lot, so whenever I try and switch from listening on my phone to my pc, the devices available sometimes shuffle/change positions just before I click on "This PC", and it ends up clicking on another device on my network, and since I live with other people, it annoys them. So I'm suggesting a setting to blacklist/whitelist what devices will appear in the "Connect to a Device" section . An example of this setting would be if you dont want to connect to a living room tv ever, you can go into settings and turn that connection option off so it wouldn't appear in the Casting section. Another example would be if you only want to use your phone and PC to play music and no other device, you can go into the setting and whitelist only your phone to connect to, then no other devices will show up.
