[Linux] Feature parity between Windows and Linux clients AKA Bring Lossless to Linux

As Spotify rolls out Lossless, Linux desktop users are left behind. The Linux client hasn't been updated in months, and even then, there are certain other features (such as in-app EQ) that are present in the Windows client that are simply not present in the Linux client.

Furthermore, Windows is notorious for having a lacklustre sound subsystem which hinders Spotify's Lossless bit accuracy according to several content creators (i.e. The Headphone Show's Spotify Lossless has a problem YouTube video) in the audiophile sphere. Hence, I believe bringing the Linux client up-to-speed could offer a better listening experience, enabling true bit-accurate playback and investing in an ever-growing userbase that is often left forgotten by other platforms.
