Lock / pin tracks in playlist

A lock/pin option for playlist curators that allows certain tracks to stay in specific positions. With some playlists, you want to keep certain songs fixed in place for a certain period of time. It would be a great tool to manage playlists more effectively.

An example of how this feature would work:
If you lock a track at position #3 and then add a new track to the top of the playlist, the song that was at #2 will move to #4, because the track at #3 is locked in place. This is really helpful for keeping a playlist constantly updated with great new releases while ensuring that certain tracks (important for the vibe and engagement of the playlist) stay in strategic spots. It also helps ensure that certain tracks always stay right after each other, so I don’t accidentally add a track in between.
