Make eat my playlist feature accessible to everyone, its been 2 years!

Eat my playlist has been out for 2 years coming up later this year, still irregular releasing. I am on ios in the uk and have the app fully updated, my friends exactly the same but allowed this feature. Why are some people granted the feature and others not 2 years after it was released??? This is creating an unfair community where each user is not granted equal features and advancements.

fr im in america and some of my friends have it even tho its supposedly “not in the usa”
