Mark / Disable AI Generated Songs

The platform is increasingly flooded with AI-generated songs (especially the Release Radar), making it harder for users to discover authentic, human-created music. To improve the listening experience, Spotify should introduce a clear label for AI-generated songs and provide an option to filter them out entirely.

A much better solution would be if I as a user could chose a subscription without any AI generated music right from the start.

Yeah what I heard about Deezer is awesome. Just the first step, sure, and it's not 100% working yet but they will improve over time. Fingers crossed that AM and Spotify will follow. That's definitely going to pull users.

Let me filter AI generated Songs.
or atleast stop promoting**bleep**.
It all sounds really bad.

Please, for the love of god and everything that is good, implement this feature I'm begging you guys!!! I just heard a song I really liked only for it to turn out to be AI generated in the Release Radar mix by an artist I've literally never played before. This is getting ridiculous!! For at least a year now I've been getting these AI "artists" who release whole albums every few WEEKS, containing 1-2 min. slop and putting big name artists like Two Steps From **bleep** as featured artists (despite them splitting ways like a year ago lol) in order for them to gain more visibility. Surely it's not THAT hard to implement a feature that lets users report a song as being AI generated or containing AI art in its cover/canvas art. A tiny feature like this should be implemented at the VERY LEAST. Another good feature would be a filter to hide every tagged AI-generated "song". Like, c'mon, even some more "controversial" (the...ahem... 34-type) websites have this!!!!

This week I watched a tv show on HBO MAX with Jon Oliver who adressed the issues with more and more AI generated

content regarding music videos and other AI generated stuff. Very interesting program. AI is stealing from other artists when the program is training to get better (or worse as I see it) Whats in the future in a couple of years 50% AI made music on Sporify ? It´s getting more and more week by week. So if spotify won´t filter it out I got a sugestion make it as

it,s own genre so if we would like to listen to it have to make an active choice by clicking on the AI genre to hear this fake arists. Instead of forcing it on to us listeners who want to hear real artists playing real music instead of this **bleep**.

And one more thing when I called the AI generated content in my post above there where no problem to censore the last word which refered to what comes out when you do number 2 in the toilet. So if spotify can do this if they want to they can do the same with AI music.

I've been having the same issue — my Discover Weekly has been increasingly flooded with AI-generated tracks. As both an artist and a listener, this trend feels not just frustrating but genuinely insulting. I use Spotify to discover real artists, not algorithmically stitched-together content farms.

If Spotify doesn’t take meaningful steps to clearly label AI-generated songs and give users the option to filter them out entirely, I’ll have to seriously consider canceling my subscription and taking my support elsewhere. Protecting the integrity of music should be a priority — for the sake of both creators and listeners.

Please implement this. We need transparency and choice.

I am fully behind having an option to completely remove AI generated music if wished so by a user. Even if it is only a feature for premium customers and not something by default.

Music is an industry that is incredibly hard for musicians to make a living in, and as the years go by it gets harder and harder. Spotify for one has made it even harder for musicians to make a living. By keeping tabs on AI generated music on their platform they could at least be giving a little bit back to the artists that they have made their money off and would continue to make money off.

AI was supposed to make life easier, like, make my working life easier so I have more time for the arts, instead AI is doing the arts so I have more time for my work, sigh

Please let us opt in to ai instead of opting out and then making it hard to even opt out. Literally no user has asked for this
