I don't rely on the algorithm so I don't know if this will work but it's worth a try. When you right click on a playlist, there's an option to 'Exclude from your personal taste' 

If I was to reverse engineer, I would create a playlist, call it 'Exclude'. Right click and select "Exclude from profile". Any time a song came up I wanted exclude I would add it to this playlist either by adding or swiping. 

I would be interested in your feedback if you try this method

This needs to be available for recommendations, podcasts etc. One time my husband listened to half of an episode of extinct zoo because our daughter likes dinosaurs, and now whenever our playlist of sleep stories for our kids ends spotify starts to play horrific "scariest sharks" or "most horrifying prehistoric monsters" and the kid already has enough nightmares, and we never want to listen to this podcast again, so why can't we remove it?
