[Mobile] Easier Access to "Offline" and "Enable Audio Normalization" Options

Hi Spotify Team,

I hope you're doing great! I’m a huge fan of Spotify and just wanted to start by saying how much I love the product—thank you for creating such an amazing experience for music lovers like me.

I often use the “Offline” mode and the “Enable Audio Normalization” features, and I’ve noticed they’re currently a bit buried under several menu layers (Profile > Settings & Privacy > Playback). Since these are functions I—and I imagine many others—use frequently, I wanted to suggest making them more accessible.

Would it be possible to:

Add these two options as quick toggles directly on the media player or in a more easily accessible spot?

Or perhaps allow users to choose their preferred quick-access settings within the Playback menu, so we can pin certain toggles for faster access?

I think a small change like this could go a long way in improving the user experience for many of us.

While offline listening is a standard feature across music platforms, Spotify has the chance to make it uniquely convenient by adding a one-tap toggle directly on the app’s main interface.

Currently, enabling Offline Mode requires digging into Settings—a friction point for users who:

• Frequently switch between online/offline listening to save data.
• Travel through areas with spotty service.
• Want to avoid accidental streaming on limited cellular plans.

A dedicated button would:

• Reduce steps: Align with Spotify’s reputation for intuitive design.
• Highlight a premium feature: Remind users of the value of downloads.
• Solve a real pain point: Many Reddit/community threads request this.

Other platforms bury this setting too, but Spotify could set a new standard by making offline access instant. Would love to see this small but impactful win for usability!

"Offline mode" should be accessible with one click. A little toggle at the top of Your Library that you can tap on and off without searching through settings menus.
