[Mobile] Turn off video completely (not just when not using Wi-Fi)

I hate that now some of my podcasts start playing video automatically and I can't turn it off. I only want audio. Video shouldn't be the default and should at least be able to be turned off. I have no interest in destroying my phone battery while trying to listen to stuff while working. If this continues I'll just listen to my stuff elsewhere

Agreed. I would like to disable video entirely. I keep getting suggested videos from podcasts I don't even subscribe to / have no interest in. Despite the fact I have never watched a video on the app!!

Yes, agreed. I also only want audio. And I see many resons why paying users should be able to turn off videos.
One of them has to do with young children that hear radio plays or music at home via wifi. And with parents that are not happy about youtube videos with violent, pornographic or other inappropriate content that unintendedly start running although no one in the family ever has subscribed/watched/indicated interest in watching videos on that app.

There is another related Live idea: "remove video content" option to spotify family 

Who votes here maybe also should have a look to that one and maybe vote for it (It already has ~2000 votes).
