Offline toggle should be a main menu option

Spotify keeps moving this setting but currently, to toggle the iPhone app offline or online, I have to:

1) Click on my avatar to open settings

2) Click settings and privacy

3) Click data-saving and offline

4) Toggle offline mode

5) Click the top left arrow to go back to Settings

6) Click the top left arrow to go back to Your Library

I have to do this dance every time I want to toggle the app online or offline and I toggle it often because of where I use the app and I can't always live stream.

Why is this setting buried? Why can't the toggle be in the main menu of the profile page? There is plenty of room for it in the app. At the very least, it should just be 1-2 clicks not 6.

I would like to suggest a feature that could improve the user experience for Spotify Premium subscribers.

Currently, enabling or disabling Offline Mode requires navigating through Settings → Data Saver and Offline, which can be inconvenient for users who switch between online and offline listening frequently.

Proposed Feature

Add a dedicated Offline Mode toggle button directly on the Spotify home screen, in a quick-access area such as the top bar, quick settings menu, or profile menu.

User Benefits

• Faster access to Offline Mode.
• Improved convenience for users who regularly switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
• Reduced need to navigate through multiple settings screens.
• Better control over mobile data consumption.

Example Use Case

As a Premium user, I often enable Offline Mode whenever I leave home to avoid using mobile data while still listening to my downloaded music at the highest quality. When I return home, I disable Offline Mode again.

Since I do this multiple times a day, having to open Settings each time becomes repetitive and time-consuming. A one-tap toggle on the home screen would make this process much more efficient.

Hello Spotify,

I would like to suggest an improvement to Offline Mode.

At the moment, it takes too many steps to enable Offline Mode. It would be much more convenient if users could simply open a playlist, start listening, and then have a quick button directly in the player to switch Spotify to Offline Mode.

This would make it much easier when you simply want to go offline quickly without navigating through multiple settings menus.

A one-tap Offline Mode button would greatly improve the user experience.
