Playlists as a gift to others

I like to make playlists for other people. However when I share playlists with friends, I will still be marked as creator and can not "leave" or delete the playlist without the playlist being lost for my friends. The friend could transfer all songs to a new playlist, however I would love it if I could create a personal mixtape with a photo/picture that I chose and just "gift" it to my friends. I imagine that the feature could be that I can choose to whom I want to give my creator rights and share the playlist with this person. After that I don't want to have access to the playlist anymore.
