Podcast speed on Apple Watch

I have enjoyed the ability to change speed when listening on my phone.. but the same cannot be done when listening via cellular on the Spotify app on my Apple Watch.  It is permanently stuck at 1x with no options to adjust.. if we could include the speed options for the watch, that would be great!

This is a serious bug, not an idea...

When I am listening to a podcast on Spotify with one of my echo devices I can not find an option to change the speed. Also I can not change speed when I’m listening with my Apple Watch.

As I am always listening 1.5 it would be amazing to find a way listening the speed up version in every other device than my phone.

A bug, and lazy not to have fixed it yet

KlasNo

Clear bug that needs to be fixed. Speed can be adjusted when listening to a podcast on the watch as long as the phone is within reach, but without the phone (e.g. out on a run) it can no longer be adjusted. It also doesn't matter if it's a podcast downloaded to the watch or being streamed, it just can't be adjusted unless the phone is connected to the watch for some reason.

This is kinda a deal breaker for me. Seems very basic 😞
