Push small music creators to be added to personalized playlists

I would love to have a feature to kind of "push" Spotify to promote certain artists (lets say you find someone who has great music but only 13 monthly listeners, if you had an option by clicking the 3 little dots for Spotify to push the song out to more people) for instance: putting it on more people's "discover weekly" and customized playlists, because I have noticed all of the personalized playlists Spotify creates for its users have at least 10k listeners, and this would help people find new music and also get happy because they find "indie creators" or "find them before they get big" and thus help smaller creators
