Respect for faithful customers

I would like to see Spotify have more customer appreciation. Such as continued lower rates for existing faithful customers. In a world where everything is getting more expensive, there are still companies ( such as cell phone carriers), who offer continued lower rates for existing customers and also discounts for loyal customers.
