Segments in playlists

Segments would allow playlists to be divided into - yes - segments. Each segment would play in the order they are listed, but a user-selected number of songs would play from each one, and the song choice would be randomised as if shuffling.

For example, I could have 5 songs in one segment and set up the segment so that only one from the selection will play before moving onto the next segment, with, say, 3 songs to play and 10 to select from, and so on.
