This feature is already present on desktop, when you click on the album cover when in album page, the cover expands to it's original dimensions in the center of the screen. Tappable album cover art should also be implemented on the mobile version, tapping the album artwork to expand it makes for a more detailed view of the cover. It should also be zoomable.
The album should fit the width of the screen in the center when tapped. Also, there's a nice fetaure when viewing playlists on mobile, while scrolling down, the album artwork shrinks upon going up. This should also be implemented in the album page, instead of just fading it.
I've made a couple of concepts of this feature, I hope people recognize it's usefulness and simplicity
