The ability to remove the collaboration artist icon

I listen to a public playlist that was created by spotify. Apparently I hold onto the song alittle to long that changed the green heart icon to the collaboration artist symbol.  So instead of seeing a column of green hearts of songs I like , now it shows the artist icon.  And this doesn't work for me because there are some songs I do not like in this playlist and I use the green heart icons to see if there are new songs in the playlist for me to check out. 

It's just a little annoying issue. But I want to see my green hearts icon instead.
