The lyrics are far too large now.

With the recent updates to the desktop app, the font size of the lyrics display has become noticeably larger. While this may be helpful for some users, it can feel overwhelming or cluttered for others, especially when using smaller windows or multitasking. The simple fact is that they have become too large to be bearable to look at. I was always someone with the lyrics constantly open, but now I can't look at them at all because their presence is just jarring. I wouldn't be opposed to it being changed back, however, it would be incredibly helpful to add a customizable lyric font size option in the settings. This would allow users to choose a size that best fits their screen and reading preference, similar to how text scaling works in other media and reading apps.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. Panicked and went through the display options to see what I had inadvertently set, only to find no setting to control this.

The size of the lyrics should at least follow the setting that determines the size of everything else. I have the zoom level set to 80% on my desktop, and it is perfectly easy to read. But with this update it feels like the lyrics are set to the maximum 130% level, and it kind of slaps you in the face. I changed the zoom level trying to see if it affected the lyrics, but it doesn't at all.

Please allow the lyrics to follow the global zoom level. Again, I feel like this is another example of how Spotify is trying to use a single design philosophy for both mobile and desktop. The two platforms are drastically different and should be designed like they are.

The Lyrics size do change with the window width.
However to get the font size to get to a acceptable level i have to squish the window to its minimum size.

Kinda looks  like to me someone messed up the index for the text size based on the winodw size (one step larger than it should be?). But thats only my guess.

Of course enabling a manual setting for scaling would fix the problem. Alternatively a factor based on the global zoom would also be helpful.

The size of the text changes with the zoom level, however the lyrics text is like double the size of every other text. 
This is one more problem with this -> If someone wasn't able to read the previously smaller text they would defenently not be able to read the names of Artists, albums, playlistst etc.

It is completely unbearable as of today or a few days ago. I can't believe anyone would actually push this kind of update without testing it first. Seems like all developers care about these days is the app/phone experience and just port the build to desktop without a second thought......
