“Video Available” label

On minimal interfaces like my Garmin watch or my car display, the “Video available” label takes up unnecessary space. Video can’t even be played on these devices, so the label adds clutter and reduces the space for important info like track title and artist.

Could this label be made optional or context-aware for minimal interfaces? I’d really appreciate it if you could log this as product feedback for the product team.
