add a sound wave form view

as an artist that choreographs to music, seeing the visual representation of a track is a critical tool. ATM this first step at understanding a piece of music has to exist outside of Spotify. The sound wave should be able to be visualized in its entirety (essentially allowing zoom function) but also have a scrub head showing the current place in playback.
