disable all video content inside Spotify - allow only music

I caught my 15yo watching MrBeast on Spotify. I was not aware that Spotify will allow anything beside music. The idea behind family plan was to allow my kids to explore world of music, discover old and new artists, find their music, something we can talk about. Catching my teen watchign this mindless beast **bleep** is massively disappointing. I thought of Spotify as a sanctuary from ever more toxic social media. I am willing to pay, I am not willing to expose my kids to trash. I am canceling my subscription as the result will explore service alternatives. I hope Spotify at some point rectify this problem and allow parents to control content their kids are exposed to. 
Spotify Kids is NOT a solution for teens.

I have a family account for my kids and I swear I'm leaving Spotify soon if you don't give an option to disable video.

I'm protecting my kids against time sucking pointless things like this and it drives me crazy that a service I'm paying more on more for force those things on us. I'm so **bleep** off. Just stop this non sense and pay artists more fairly

So frustrated with how this has become another way for my 13 year old to find video content. I pay for music, not another YouTube platform. I get that Spotify is a business wanting to make money. But please give us the option to completely block videos.

I also had found the ramming of video and podcast content down our throats on the main page incredibly frustrating. I’d suggest seperate areas for these in the app.

Wait why is Mr beast on Spotify °-°

I get if there's that one little clip of the music video playing as a background when you pull up a specific song but... Why is there long form videos on Spotify...? An easy fix would be to just have podcasts with sound instead of video, I'm young and not a parent unlike the other commenters here n stuff but even I think having MR BEAST on a MUSIC platform is weird
