"Can't play" Auto Next

I'm listening to smart shuffle while I'm travelling across the country and every now and then I'll go out off Cell service which will stop the "Smart Shuffle" suggestions playing and it will just keep trying untill it works or I skip it.

My idea is that it tries to play for a set time (chosen by the account holder) e.g. 5 seconds, then skips the song or moves the unplayable song down the queue a song or more so that it has time to load.

Another point to benefit this situation would be to have spotify start downloading the suggested songs before the get to the next playing song and then deleted if not saved
