Are other people able to play the song now? It was working two days ago, and Al Jazeera even published an article that said it was back online, but now it is grayed out on my Spotify (in Finland).

Perhaps its available in some Middle Eastern countries? If you live in the United States it seems that the song still isn't available. Down right pathetic to say the least.

The song is still not back. I have cancelled my subscription because of it; I got it back because I read that Spotify had re-added the song, but as it is still not available, I am going to cancel my subscription again unless someone from Spotify explains what is going on.

Why this song is still not available on Spotify whereas available on YouTube Music?

Is Spotify not catering to their customers?

I am already subscribe to /YouTube premium but uses Spotify for my music but if this behaviour continues from Spotify then I have to completely switch to YouTube Music.

It looks like it is still blocked on Spotify - or os there something i can do to get it? Or another place? 

There must be a CD - I'll look for that now
