Distrokid is not reporting Spotify streaming information

For over five years I have been a user of the Spotify platform through the distributor distrokid with over 200 of my creations there. Until May 27, all streams of spotify and others were made on distrokid. From May 27, no Spotify data is displayed on distrokid, while all other platforms continue to be displayed such as: Apple Music, ITunes, Facebook, etc. Please if someone can help me on how to proceed in this case.

I'm having exactly the same issue. Only apple music stats are uploading. Since 27th May every other platform is showing 0 streams even tho I get 500k a month.

I have emailed several times but the response is useless and never gets resolved.
