I love how you want to become an artist!

First, you have to make some form of music. You can do so easiest using built-in music-making software (GarageBand, Fruit Loops, etc.) on your devices or even online! I believe Soundtrap is Spotify's music production service.

Then you have to distribute. After exporting your project, you can distribute your songs in many ways: YouTube, SoundCloud, social media, etc. To be on Spotify, you have to choose a digital music distribution service (Distrokid,  Amuse, Tunecore, etc) *unfortunately not free* and sign up here: https://artists.spotify.com/get-started
