How to get followers?

So after being a spotify member for a year or so, and the option to follow users, artists, bands was added I was wondering if there is a way to gain more followers, it's easy for me to follow my friends and my favourite artists but not so easy to get followers. Anyone who know's any ways to gain followers please comment in this forum, thankyou.

I'm looking to boost my followers on my profile and individual playlists! I have a broad taste of music, but I take great pride in the EDM playlist "EDDM" and the rap/hip hop playlist "Smoke Rocks and Chill". Theyre both very varied, and Im sure you guys would enjoy a lot of it. I also have a funky techno playlist which is really relaxing and fairly easy listening, that playlist is called "Pheth" .

There are a considerable amount of offline adds as well, those are especially worth checking out! 🙂
