Hey! Not automatically, and it depends on when you cancel and if you've listened to anything. If you cancel within 14 days of your subscription being renewed, then you can request a refund by reaching out to support. Your account will revert to free though once that happens.

To my knowledge once you’ve paid for the month for stuff like this you don’t get refunded however your access is still allowed until the original term is up, so I don’t think so pal. Doesn’t hurt to ask if he App Store or whoever you bought through!
