Incomplete tracks

I use the AI quite a bit and noticed that a lot of familiar tracks are incomplete, they either start or finish anywhere up to a minute. The AI is generally playing tacks in my playlists and that’s fine, I simply use it to help find new artists, I have found however that those new tracks I’ve saved are also incomplete. This is rather frustrating as I believe I’m listening to a song in its entirety when in fact I’m not. Can anyone shed some light on this please? Is it just me, is it a setting, I don’t understand what the benefits are of cutting tracks short.

To help resolve the issue, there are two settings worth checking:

• Crossfade

• Automix

Try turning both of these off, then see if the issue improves. You will instructions and more details about these features on this support page.
