Missing tracks/albums

Looking through the Piccadilly Sunshine albums, featuring British pop and psychedelia from the 60s the Spotify list doesn't seem to follow the CD list and tracks- I have searched and searched for a particular track that is on the Piccadilly Sunshine series- listed as track 1 part 1 as far as the CD, release goes, but on Spotify, although they list 5 part 1 albums, it's not there! Jason James-"Miss Pilkington's Maid" is the track in question, I did find the Piccadilly Sunshine part1 album it's on listedin Spotify, after a long winded search- guess what-none of the tracks are playable! Why? 
Whats the problem?

Availability of songs and podcasts on Spotify can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

This can happen if licensing agreements with the artist/labels, or ownership of rights, has changed.

Hopefully it will reappear soon.
