Music Video? really ?

So, Spotify released a new feature — music videos. Wowwwww
On desktop, you can see it on a huge screen in the footer, which makes it see every detail in MV.
Besides that, you can’t choose the original song — you MUST play the music video. Spotify must think we love waiting through the long intros of MVs, some of which can be 2 minutes long. Excellent.
I wonder if Spotify know the MV and the original song are different ?
