Music keep stopping

Music keep stopping

  • In-between the song automatically the music stop disconnect my bluettoth speaker and reconnect I have to press play every time it does this is it the bluettoth or the music

Hey @Adriane1977,

 

I had a similar issue, however I had the issue fixed in the end. So, there are a few things you could check to see if the issue is caused by that particular reason...

  1. Is your device (that is running Spotify) in and within range of your Bluetooth device? 
  2. Is you Bluetooth Speaker faulty (has there been recent breakdowns, etc.)
  3. Is there other media (videos, songs, audio, etc.) from other apps that are running?
  4. Are you on a stable WiFi?
  5. Are there other devices connected to your Bluetooth device? Multiple devices connected?
  6. Does your speaker have auto-connect? (Auto-connects to another device, not the selected one.)

Please answer the above questions so that the cause of the issue can be found... Thanks!
